JK-VDT-165 Decompression Distillation Tester Purpose: The instrument is designed and made as per the Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China –SH/T0165-92 “Test Methods for Distillation of High Boiling Point Petroleum Products under Vacuum Condition”. It is used for distillation of waxy oil, lubricating oils and similar high boiling point petroleum products. Main characteristics: 1. The heat prevention shield is made of heat-resistant glass, so it can avoid heat loss and it is insulated. You can observe the sample change in the flask conveniently. 2. You can control the height of opening of heat prevention shield by adjusting the thickness of asbestos gaskets, which are at the bottom of the heat prevention shield, so you can ensure that the flask and the grounded opening of receiver are connected securely. 3. The height of the furnace can be set by the up and down assembly, so you can locate the flask at the proper position. 4. There is a lamp of 9 W at the back of the constant temperature bath, so you can observe the reading of receiver clearly. 5. Adopt a digital temperature controller for temperature control, so it is intuitive and convenient, and it can control the temperature in the bath accurately.
