JK-OFPT-10 Open Cup Flash Point Tester

Purpose

The instrument is suitable to test the flash and fire point of the lubricating oils and dark petroleum products, according to the rules of GB/T267-petroleum products-determination of flash and fire point-open cup. The instrument is suitable to the standard of SH0318-92.

Main technical characteristics and data

1.    Outside crucible: the material is 0.3 high-grade carbon steel, and its top inside diameter is Ф100±5㎜, high is 50±5㎜, bottom inside diameter is Ф56±2㎜, and its surface is plating black.

2.    Inside crucible: the material is 0.3 high-grade carbon steel, and its top inside diameter is Ф64±1㎜, high is 47±1㎜, bottom inside diameter is Ф38±1㎜,and there is a line-mark in distance of 12㎜of the top inside diameter. There is a line-mark in distance of 18㎜of the top inside diameter too. And its surface is plating black.

3.    Gas pipe: its spot diameter is Ф0.8----Ф1.0㎜,its inside hole is smoothing and the fire can be adjusted from 3㎜----4㎜.

4.    Heater: electrical heating, AC230V, 0----800W continuously adjustable.

5.    Thermometer: 0----360℃, degree is 1℃. And its technical condition is suitable to the rules of the petroleum products----determination using liquid thermometer technical condition GB/T 514-83.
